Iyengar Yoga Intermediate (Level 2) Workshop with Sophia Argyris

In this workshop we will practice standing, seated, inverted asanas, looking at the subtle actions within each posture to gain a deeper understanding, and to experience the asana in new ways. We will finish with some restorative or supine postures to rest after the stronger practice. This workshop is suitable for those with a minimum of two years regular Iyengar yoga practice.
