Yoga for Stress and Anxiety with Yoga Therapist Gill Mines

We'll explore a variety of yogic tools and practices which can be carried into daily life, including movement, tracking sensations, breathing and nervous system regulation, mindfulness, energy balancing and relaxation.

Gill is a Yoga therapist with both professional and personal experience of anxiety and chronic stress. She will help support you to find the tools most suitable to your needs.

For this workshop you will be asked to fill in a health intake form after your booking. The tools shared will vary in length so they can be carried into daily life and you will be given resources to continue your practice at home, including audio recordings and private Youtube videos pre-recorded for the workshop. There will be a tea break with homemade treats.

Cost £60 - Gill is offering a couple of discounted spaces for people on low income. Please apply by email if you wish to attend and cannot afford to. We will pass your request on to Gill directly.
