Our Central Oxford yoga studio offers multiple in-person and online classes, 7 days a week, in traditional yoga styles such as ashtanga, hatha, Iyengar and vinyasa flow. We also run yoga and meditation workshops as well as a weekly lower cost community Vinyasa Flow class in our beautiful, purpose-built studio on Osney Island, just 5 minutes walk from the train station.
